Come and experience an integrated practice of Hatha Yoga postures to improve balance, strength and flexibility, synchronised with breathing and relaxation techniques to benefit mind, body and soul.
All classes are taught by Deborah Meara, Qualified Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga teacher.
Classes are every Thursday:
09:20am - 10:20am: Yoga for Mindful Movement
10:30am - 11:30am: Beginner’s Yoga
11:40am - 12:40pm: Yoga for All
Classes are booked in 6 week blocks starting 29th June 2023. Drop in spaces subject to availability.
