Used by the imperial guards of China. Tai chi has been practiced for 1000 of years. A combination of 24 posture poses and chi kung. Whether you have balance issues or wanting to try something new Tai chi maybe for you. It's also a great way to de-stress and release that inner strength. Follow the way of the energy. The classes will be 45 mins of exercise breathing techniques.
