Thursday 10:45 – 11-45am £8 per session or block for 4 weeks £30.
Yoga Nidra is a relaxing yoga it can be the equivalent to 4 hours good sleep. Please bring mat and warm clothes.
Thursday 12:00-12:45 £6 per session or block £25 for 4 weeks.
