Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Hatha yoga has been practiced for many years. It can help with weight loss balance and toning It can also combat stress. Please bring a mat and join us.

Thursday 10:45 – 11-45am £8 per session or block for 4 weeks £30.

Yoga Nidra is a relaxing yoga it can be the equivalent to 4 hours good sleep. Please bring mat and warm clothes.

Thursday 12:00-12:45 £6 per session or block £25 for 4 weeks.
