What we're doing to keep you safe

What to expect when visiting The Station

Since reopening earlier this year, we’ve worked hard to make sure that visiting The Station is a safe and welcoming experience, and the feedback we’ve had from visitors has been overwhelmingly positive. We’re looking forward to celebrating the festive season with you here at The Station and have put measures in place to make sure that everyone can enjoy what we have on offer.

What to expect when you visit:

  • From Tuesday 30th November you will need to wear a face mask when visiting The Station unless you are exempt. Please don’t be offended if we ask you to put a mask on – we are trying to keep everyone safe, and we’ll be wearing them too. If you forget to bring a mask, don’t panic, you can purchase one from The Station Shop.
  • Please be considerate and keep at a comfortable distance from others as you move around the building. The Station building is light and airy with plenty of space for everyone.
  • We have got supplies of hand sanitiser around the building for you to use when you visit, so please help yourself and wash your hands.
  • At peak times we can be very busy but will always try to serve you as quickly as possible. If you are coming to The Station Café | Bar please call 01748 825967 or email reservations@thestation.co.uk to book a table. Please bear with us if you have to wait, and be kind to our team – we are all working hard to make sure you enjoy your visit.

We’re keeping an eye on changes to guidance and will provide further updates as necessary.

Our Christmas events are continuing as planned.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation – we look forward to welcoming you to The Station.
