And just like that, December is here, and what a festive line up we've got in store!

At The Station Cinema we've got all the best Christmas films to enjoy in the run up to the big day, including Love Actually, Home Alone, Elf, The Muppets Christmas Carol, Die Hard (yes it is a Christmas film!), and It's a Wonderful Life. We've also got three pyjama party screenings of The Polar Express, and Breakfast with Father Christmas followed by a showing of this Christmas classic. If Christmas films aren't your thing we've also got all the latest releases including Matilda The Musical, and Avatar: The Way of the Water, which arrives later this month.

We've got some fabulously festive events at The Station including our Nutcracker Christmas Activity Trail which runs right through until Christmas Eve. This weekend sees the first of our three Christmas Fairs, and Father Christmas will be back in The Present Sorting Office on selected dates in the run up to Christmas. And if you fancy getting crafty this Christmas why not join our Festive Felting Workshop or Festive Foraging Workshop later this month.

December sees the return of our flagship exhibition A Spot on the Wall in The Station Gallery spaces. Whether the artist is a first time exhibitor, or they have been exhibited for years, as a profession or hobby, their work sits side by side on the walls of the beautiful old railway building.
