A yoga and meditation class which combines the dynamic, energising, flowing power of Dru yoga with techniques to help you still the mind and learn to meditate, with experienced teacher Gillian Howells.

Please note: classes are held on alternate Mondays, so check with Gillian to find out the date of the next session as well as her other yoga classes.
